OBJECTIVE

The objective was to modernize the outdated website to better align with the brand's high-end clientele, including major league sports teams, song artists, and corporate events. The redesign focused on creating a more professional and polished look to reflect the brand's credibility. It also prioritized showcasing product enhancements and implementing features designed to increase lead generation and drive sales growth.

The research uncovered a competitive landscape where some platforms include light-up bracelets, but their implementations often lack depth in personalization and integration. This presents a clear opportunity to stand out by delivering more seamless, customizable, and engaging experiences through these features.

We conducted interviews with 10 users to gather feedback on their concerns and interests.

Key themes from these interviews included ease of use , how it works, customization, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, with usability tests revealing that users prioritized intuitive design and seamless event management.

Clients were particularly concerned about the platform’s adaptability to different event types and its ability to integrate with existing systems. These insights helped refine product messaging and ensure the technology addressed the clients' specific pain points, building trust in the platform’s ability to deliver exceptional, engaging experiences.

Brand Visualization

The design system was built to evoke the energy of live events through a bold visual language—vibrant, high-contrast colours set against a dark background to amplify the feel. Curated brand elements like patterns, gradients, and custom icons enhance recognition and energy. A consistent colour palette and modern typography reinforce brand identity across all touch points. The navigation is clear and intuitive, allowing users to explore dynamic visuals and real event showcases. Together, these elements create a cohesive, memorable, and engaging branded experience.

Building a
Design System

Building the design system began with a mobile-first approach, focusing on quick navigation, fast load times, and accessible features for smooth event browsing. The desktop version expands on this with a wider layout, richer visuals, and more detailed content. Both platforms share consistent branding and functionality, creating a cohesive and immersive experience across devices.

We created landing pages that surface all the different industries we’ve touched from music, corporate, sports and much more.

Another big user need was understanding the tech that backs the product. We created specific landing pages with great visual language to show users how the tech can be visualized. Since most didn’t know much about the capabilities NFC and other smart technologies have to offer.

Product renderings highlight how LED wearables like CrowdSync wristbands enhance all types of events, like concerts, sports, or corporate gatherings with vibrant lighting and immersive design. These visuals showcase seamless integration while reinforcing the brand’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and audience engagement.

The project focused on creating an engaging, seamless experience across both platforms. By integrating visually immersive design elements and innovative LED technology, the platform effectively showcases unique features, elevating both user experience and brand identity. The outcome strengthens client trust and engage in relationships, while maintaining consistency across devices.
